Berlin (24 Dec 2008)

Berlin, capital of Germany.

It was windy & rainy when I reached Berlin after 5hrs of train ride.

I found Berlin to be a boring place, because the old historical buildings look out of place beside the roads from Unter den Linden to Friedrichstrasse & Alexanderplatz.

Took the S-bahns & U-bahns around bcoz it was a very wet day. Must say the S-bahns look really very very old compared to the 'sleek red s-bahns' back in Lud/Ma.

Only 3 monuments looked the most impressive: The Reichstag (Parliament haus), Berliner Dom & Berlin Hbf.

Of course, a trip to Berlin would not be complete without a foto with the Brandenburger Tor!
